Albert Goodman Technology consists of different employees which make a reliable IT Department. Below lists our current employees and the roles they fulfill within AG Technology.

Mark McEvans
Project Director
Mark is a computing and finance graduate who has worked at Albert Goodman for over four years. He is an experienced PRINCE2 project manager. Mark has successfully managed the implementation of several ecommerce and accounting applications ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget.

Joe Tilley
Operations Manager
Joe is a professional with more than 12 years experience in administration and financial management, leading a large team within the service sector. Joe joined Albert Goodman in August 2005 and her role is to manage the activities within the IT department which includes liaising with clients and suppliers, client quotations, stock procurement and overseeing the smooth running of the department.

Sarah Dyer
IT Administrator
Sarah joined our Team in October last year from a customer service background, her role includes Marketing,Helpdesk Support&providingadminduties to the department.

Matthew Morgan
IT Field Engineer
Matthew has been working in I.T for approximately 3 years in various roles including Helpdesk Support and 2nd line support, As a qualified Microsoft Certified System Administrator, he is a very experienced engineer with skills in desktop support, Windows 2003 server, Active Directory, Citrix presentation server, firewalls, WAN and LAN Technologies and network troubleshooting. He has also been involved with many infrastructure implementations. In addition to his engineering role Matthew has many years in customer services which has shown during his time at Albert Goodman.

He is now studying towards his Microsoft Certified System Engineer qualification and also Citrix Certified Administrator.

Ross Baker
Infrastructure Consultant
Ross graduated in BSc (Hons) Business Information Management Systems at The University of Plymouth. He has over 7 years IT experience, including helpdesk and high level technical support and has worked at Public and Private Sector companies including Business Link Somerset, Clarks HQ and Debenhams HQ.

Ross is now qualified as a (MCSE) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His role at Albert Goodman is an Infrastructure Consultant providing support and consultancy to clients. Ross specialises in server support and Exchange.

Jonathan Mann
External IT Helpdesk Engineer
Jon joined Albert Goodman in April 2007 after completing Computer courses at a local college, and is now currently studying to achieve his first MCP Qualification. Jon's skills vary from Desktop/Server support to Website Programming & Graphic Design.

Jon will be your first port of call if you telephone the External IT Helpdesk and will assist you with maximum efficiency to get your issue resolved.

Iain Reid

Network Manager
Iain Reid is the Network Manager of AG's internal systems.

Iain has worked at AG for more than six years and is responsible for supporting & administering as well as the strategic planning & upgrading of AG's Network and attached systems.

Favourite Cake: Cake? No thanks Ill take a bagel or a hot cross bun!

Robert Howell
Internal Support Engineer
Rob is a Internal Support Engineer, supporting Albert Goodmans own staff over 4 sites. He Maintains desktop and server operations in house, dealing with any day-to-day issues.

Kirsten Chinnock
Internal Support Engineer
Kirsten Chinnock is the most recent member of the Albert Goodman Internal Support team, supporting AGs internal staff over 4 sites. She has 2 years experience in a Helpdesk environment and is currently studying towards her MCP qualification.

Favourite Cake: White Chocolate & Toffee Cookie

Mark Phillips
Internal IT Helpdesk Engineer
Mark will be your first point of contact when logging helpdesk calls. Marks responsibility is to gain as much information as possible relating to your issue so than an appropriate priority can be allocated, he also maintains the web server and its components. Mark also has software engineering skills which allows him to build desktop & web applications to our clients specifications.
